I share the Embodied Mindfulness practices that greatly influence my own life with the  intention of bringing in awareness, empowerment, and possibility to my community. My teaching is offered with a full heart grounded in tradition, and fueled by an expansive background in education, the arts, and advocacy. I lead Embodied Mindfulness practices because trauma-informed and accessible tools to live more presently can change lives.
